Belle balade jusqu’à la tour d’observation. Je pensais que la balade serait un peu plus longue. Franchement en marchant tranquillement et en prenant notre temps : 1h grand max. C’est plutôt court je trouve. Sinon jolis paysages et équipe de l’accueil sympathique. Tout le parcours est accessible avec une poussette.

Nice walk. But it was very obvious that staff and just general workers were not used to amount of people. Washrooms had huge lines, were filthy, smelt horrible, 2/5 had no toilet paper…. I.e why I waiting 15n min in line. I see many improvements you guys can do for your busy season.

Just walking the tree top walk and seeing it for the first time was incredible. The views and the colors were amazing.

Staff were excellent, friendly, and helpful. Very impressed with some of the surprise fun stops along the path and the bird/chipmunk feeding stations. More of these would be a bonus. Loved the design of the structure ….it was beautiful and also looked sturdy/safe. The top platform was well done with the rope,like center. Views spectacular. Slide was entertaining at the bottom but too steep for me! Thoroughly enjoyed the visit and the Apple at the bottom. Fall decorations were beautiful. Good value for money. Make it better….a video or display on construction would be interesting. More surprise and interactive stops…..animal feeding stations the best. A few bigger display signs pointing to different spots around the world. More photo opportunity/booth options….everyone likes their photo. The worst part of the center was the stone pathway at the bottom….total tripping hazard and unsafe. I would not consider this path accessible. Your marketing does not represent the experience we had. We have been in the area 5 years in a row and this year is first time we decided to go. Far exceeded our expectations. Thank you!

Bel emplacement pour voir les couleurs d'automne mais ça s'arrête à là. En terme de rapport qualité prix on a été surpris et déçu de l'écart de prix entre la réservation via le centre d'activité et le prix sur place, 4 $ de moins que nous avions payé, même la personne qui nous a validé notre billet à l'entrée était surpris du prix qu'on a payé alors que c'était la basse saison! A ce prix là ils auraient pu nous compenser par un tour sur la glissade géante (extra de 2.90$ taxe en sus) . Franchement abusé!!! total payé pour 2 adultes avec taxes 80,30 $ CAD !!!! Mon point de vue sur la nouvelle glissade , ils auraient dû le concevoir avec une portion de la glissade avec un revêtement transparent.

Awesome I’m not great with heights so this was challenging for me but well worth it.

The activity guide and staff were super friendly and professional. We had a really great experience. The walk itself was very pleasant and not too taxing. I have mobility issues so I really liked that there was an elevator at the beginning to start off the walk. My only criticism is that there are no bathroom facilities at the end of the walk or partway through. As someone with a sensitive stomach, this made the excursion quite stressful. I'm of course not expecting there to be a washroom at the top of the walk, but emergency stairs and and a portapotty halfway through the walk would be very helpful.

petit circuit sympa pour appréhender le parc . les vues sont magnifiques et le parcours facile. peut être un peu trop court pour nous car on est amené à faire un simple aller retour du départ du parcours à l'observatoire. cependant l'architecte de ce dernier est impressionnante! on se retrouve à 40 mètres de hauteur à son sommet.

Tout était parfait et en plus on a discuté avec le responsable qui était très agréable 👍

L'activitié est chère. Cela va influencer la probabilité que j'y retourne.

Une expérience unique que je recommande vivement à tous ceux qui cherchent à reconnecter avec la nature tout en vivant quelque chose de mémorable. 🌿✨

We had an enjoyable day at the treetop adventure, started with lovely cold treats at the little restaurant. Very pleased with selection of unique frozen treats. All the staff members were very helpful and pleasant. The day was very hot but didn’t stop us from having a great day there. The walk up the tower was easy due to its incline. Easy access for people in wheelchairs or strollers. We were rewarded with amazing views and an opportunity to sit on the center net at the top. On our decent, you had the option to try out the new slide. Fun day!

Nous avons été bien accueilli par le personnel, lors de l'ascension nous étions trois. Une des personnes a le vertige et elle a été très agréablement surprise de pouvoir réaliser l'ascension au complet. Nous avons apprécié le décor que la tour nous offre. Nous nous proposons d'y retourner en automne pour apprécier les couleurs.

We did the tree top walk and the sunset circus show. It was amazing. Strongly recommend.
