Starting from our reception building, you will do a short initiation on a rock wall before walking a short 10 min walk to reach the cliffs of Cap Beauséjour. This is the starting point for our Via Ferrata, a challenging face with built-in steps, hand and footholds. Along the 1968 foot (600m) route, while connected to the continuous life line (you are always connected to a steel cable), you will climb obstacles such as ladders, metal steps and handles, and cross bridges, steel cables and even a chain swing between two sections as you ascend to a height of 196 feet (60 m), the equivalent of a 20-storey building!
Our Via Ferrata is 300m long. At the top, you can admire the view over Ste Agathe-des-Monts. The next step, our first Mega Zipline of 3000 feet (900m), brings you to the other side of the mountain. Our second Zipline then takes you for a 2132-foot (650m) flight down to the foot of Cap Beauséjour.

These are very popular activities. Reservations for weekends and vacations should be made 1 to 2 weeks in advance. For any other time, reservations should be made a few days in advance.
There are several Via Ferrata activities offered in the area, see our comparison table.
Just like any other outdoor activity there is always a little risk, but we have taken all the necessary precautions to make sure you’ll be safe. We provide harness and helmet as safety equipment. During the briefing on the ground, you are taught how to manipulate and handle equipment properly. You are accompanied by a professional guide and you are provided with one continuous lifeline that will secure you the whole Via Feratta.
If you can climb a ladder, you can do this activity, so long as the requirements (age, weight, height) are met.
Consult our “What to wear” information page.
